DELIVERY DETAILS:
Order Processing Timespan:
All orders will be processed within 48 hours of the order date.

Domestic Order Delivery Timespan:
► The expected delivery time for domestic shipments is 5 to 7 business days from the date of order.
► Please note that the standard domestic delivery timeframe does not apply to tailored orders.
► Products with stitching require an additional 4 to 5 business days for delivery.
► Products with embroidery work require an additional 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
► For all pre-orders, the processing time is approximately 30–60 business days.

International Delivery Timespan:
► The expected delivery time for international shipments is 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
► Please note that the standard international delivery timeframe does not apply to tailored orders.
► Products with stitching require an additional 4 to 5 business days for delivery.
► Products with embroidery work require an additional 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

SHIPMENT / DISCLAIMER:
► The customer is responsible for any extra taxes or customs fees imposed by the importing country, and they must reimburse the carrier for any such fees paid on their behalf.
► You'll only be notified of the Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) before shipping for international orders, not when placing the order. If applicable, you'll need to pay the surcharge then
► Pothys is not responsible for delay caused by the customs office and the customer not being available during the time of delivery
► Minor color variations in product images may occur due to digital photography or settings on your device.

RETURN:
► We regret to inform you that return pickups are currently unavailable from our end, the customer will need to bear the return shipping costs for any items to returned

Return & Exchange

OUR RETURN POLICY
► Customers can raise a return request directly from their orders window, which will automatically generate and send a return request email to us.
► For any concerns or complaints related to products, such as damage, stains, size issues, or dissatisfaction, please email enquiry@pothys.com within two weeks of delivery, along with supporting evidence from the unboxing video. Upon verification of the unboxing video, we will review the issue and take necessary action accordingly.
► We accept returns only if the product is accompanied by an intact price tag, the original packaging, and a copy of the invoice and is in proper condition (i.e., not unfolded).
► Returns are not eligible for products without the original price tag or for customised items such as stitching or pallu tasselling.
► If any discrepancies are found, a forfeiture of 10% of the product’s original value will be deducted.
► Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and passed our quality check at our warehouse.
► The standard refund processing timeline is 7 to 10 business days.
► For failed deliveries or undelivered shipments, the refund will be initiated only after the product is returned to our facility. After the return inspection, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.
► We require a letter of Reason to be emailed to us before you return the product at enquiry@pothys.com

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
► Without receiving an email from the customer, no product return would be initiated.
► Strictly after 7 days of shipment, no returns can be undertaken.
► With regards to international orders, presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchange of products.
► The products that need to be exchanged should be in original condition with the Invoice and tags intact as in purchasing. Without original Invoice and tags returns will not be validated.
► In case of complaints regarding any damage or stain or other reasons must be reported within 24 hours of purchasing the products. We would require an image of the same for us to examine.
► Exchange will entertained only for damages .
► Strictly no refunds allowed for non damaged products.
► All the Prices the products displayed, advertised & sold on this website are their maximum retail prices which is also inclusive of all taxes.

General Terms and Conditions:

►An unboxing video is mandatory for all orders. 
► Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders.
►Returns and refunds are available for all products, subject to our terms and conditions.
► Product exchanges and replacements are available, subject to stock availability.
► Store exchanges are permitted only after prior intimation via email and receipt of a formal acknowledgement from our team.
► Pothys is not responsible for missing shipments due to an incorrect contact number, inaccurate address, or prior disclosure of the OTP to the delivery person.
► In exceptional cases, due to unforeseen reasons such as adverse weather, government strikes, high order volume, etc., there may be a slight delay in delivery compared to usual timelines.

Stitching Option:

► The stitching option can be opted for at the time of placing the order. Simply locate the “Stitching Options” tag above the “Add to cart” option and complete tailoring preferences in one go.
► Returns and exchanges are not applicable for customised products, including stitching and saree tassels.
