Our shipping policies are designed to provide clear timelines, transparent pricing, and reliable tracking for both domestic and international deliveries. Please review the details below to understand the delivery TAT, shipping costs, and applicable terms and conditions before placing your order.

General Disclaimer Applicable to all Orders: 

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders.
  • Please note that these timelines apply to standard orders only. Orders involving tailoring, pre-pleating, pre-orders, returns, and exchanges will require additional processing time, as applicable.

Domestic Delivery Timespan:

  • The expected delivery time for domestic shipments is 5-8 business days from the dispatch date.

Terms and Conditions of Domestic Shipping:

  • Shipping charges may vary based on the delivery location and order details.
  • Once the order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email with an order number.
  • After the order is processed and shipped, the customer will receive an email with delivery details and a tracking number (airway bill/AWB number).
  • Domestic order details should include the correct address and a valid consignee number for OTP verification upon delivery.
  • Pothys disclaims liability for missing shipments due to an incorrect contact number, an inaccurate address, or prior disclosure of the OTP to the delivery person.
  • If the customer’s location is not easily accessible (e.g., a hill station or a remote area), the delivery time may exceed the usual timeframe.
  • In exceptional cases, due to unforeseen reasons such as adverse weather, government strikes, high order volume, etc., there may be a slight delay in delivery compared to usual timelines.

International Delivery Timeframe:

  • The expected delivery time for international shipments is 7-12 business days from the dispatch date.

Terms and Conditions of International Shipping:

  • Free shipping applies to all international orders above Rs. 30,000 with a total weight not exceeding 10 kilograms.
  • The customer is the importer of record and must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • International orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. All these additional charges are unmanageable, destination-specific, and based solely on each country's local rules and regulations.
  • The international shipping recipient (consignee) is subject to bearing such import taxes, customs duties, etc., imposed by the recipient's country.
  • These charges are in addition to the actual product/order price and should be borne by the recipient.
  • Pothys Retail Private Limited has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • As the customs policies vary constantly, customers should either check with the destination country's customs office or with assigned courier partners, such as FedEx, DHL or UPS.
