Without receiving an email from the customer, no product return would be initiated.

Strictly after 7 days of shipment, no returns can be undertaken.

With regards to international orders, presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchange of products.

The products that need to be exchanged should be in original condition with the Invoice and tags intact as in purchasing. Without original Invoice and tags returns will not be validated.

In case of complaints regarding any damage or stain or other reasons must be reported within 24 hours of purchasing the products. We would require an image of the same for us to examine.

Exchange will entertained only for damages .

Strictly no refunds allowed for non damaged products.

All the Prices the products displayed,advertised & sold on this website are their maximum retail prices which is also inclusive of all taxes.

Terms and Conditions - Cash on Delivery


By availing Cash on Delivery facility, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) facility will be available only for orders up to Rs. 15000/-
  2. Only cash payments / UPI payment will be accepted while delivering the order under the COD
  3. Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment.
  4. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment.
  5. Cash on Delivery option is not available for stitching and Kerala products.
Note: The above terms and conditions may change from time to time without prior notice.

When will my order be delivered and how will I be notified?

  • Once orders placed, we would call the mobile number given in the order to verify and confirm the availability and interest to receive the orders.
  • After call verification is done we proceed with the dispatch.
  • Once the order is dispatched you will receive the tracking details as SMS or E-Mail.

Can a customer refuse to pay and receive for a COD order?

  • Delivery partner take the confirmation on availability of consignee and to proceed for delivery, where customer refuse to pay is not acceptable.
  • Only valid reason to return to consider would be wrong product/s or damaged products delivered can initiate proper return request. (i.e. orders delivered are not what was actually ordered).
  • False allegations of wrong product/s delivered is not acceptable
  • Will constitute a violation of the terms of use of our COD service. In that case, your account will be evaluated and may be barred from placing further COD / online orders.
  • We reserve the right to refuse further services to customers who violate any terms our services.
