In-spite of our genuine efforts some times errors or mismanagement may happen and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Hence we would like to spell out our Return Policy is case of delivery slip-ups. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. Refund will be processed with in 30 days. Pothy's only accepts product returns on damaged goods and wrong delivery of products. We cannot entertain any other type of product returns/exchanges. Damaged products/ wrongly delivered packages have to be returned with their Price Tag intact and should be in an unused condition. Upon registration of your complaint our representative will guide you on how to proceed with the product return.
