||OUR RETURN POLICY
► The return of your purchased orders will be acknowledged on its unfolded state with all the supporting documents like tags, bills, etc...
► Extra charges will not be levied on our fault in the replacement of the product.
► Regarding international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products.
► We require a letter of Reason to be emailed to us before you return the product at firstname.lastname@example.org

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
► Without receiving an email from the customer, no product return would be initiated.
► Strictly after 7 days of shipment, no returns can be undertaken.
► With regards to international orders, presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchange of products.
► The products that need to be exchanged should be in original condition with the Invoice and tags intact as in purchasing. Without original Invoice and tags returns will not be validated.
► In case of complaints regarding any damage or stain or other reasons must be reported within 24 hours of purchasing the products. We would require an image of the same for us to examine.
► Exchange will entertained only for damages .
► Strictly no refunds allowed for non damaged products.
