a) Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information/address in the order form. Telephone number is must for most countries.

b) The actual color may differ slightly from that shown due to lighting differences, individual pc monitor color settings, photographer styles, etc.

c) As most items are custom made, refunds or exchanges cannot be entertained.

d) All credit card, payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, Pothys is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards.

e) Designs and prices are subject to change without notice.

f) The prices featured in Pothys are exclusive of worldwide home delivery charges by first class courier service. Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer's destination country.

g) If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately. All complaints will be acknowledged within one working day.

Delivery Policy

1) Pothys will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer

2) Customers must provide up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 2 weeks, we will inform reasons to the customer at the earliest.

3) All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.

Pothys takes care to ship the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed and then wrapped in gift packing paper. However, the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and Pothys will not be responsible for the same.

Refund Policy

Refunds or exchanges cannot be entertained, yet there are some provisions for the refund of the items you ordered, such as Manufacturing default, wrong items delivered.

The Goods has to return within 7 working days with the invoice without any damage.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation should be done within 48 hours. If it is done after 48 hrs we will deduct 25% of the order value, as your order would have already been under process.
